My approach to supervision is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the realities of clinical work. I believe growth happens when you feel comfortable being honest about what’s going well and where you feel unsure. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, explore challenges, and identify practical ways to support your development.

Supervision will be tailored to your experience, work setting, and professional goals. Areas we may explore include:
Case consultation and clinical decision-making
Assessment, treatment planning, and interventions
Clinical documentation, Ethical questions and professional boundaries
Therapist confidence, professional identity, and sustainable work habits
You don’t need to have everything figured out. Bring your questions, your curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

Rate: $75 per hour
Meeting options: In person in Cherry Hill, NJ, or virtuallyWe’ll discuss your work setting, supervision needs, and licensure goals before beginning to determine whether we’re a good fit.
