LEVC: A Different Kind of Therapy Experience

For women who are used to holding everything together

If you’ve found your way here, there’s a good chance you’re used to being the strong one.

The one who shows up.
The one people rely on.
The one who keeps going, even when it’s hard.

From the outside, things may look like they’re working.
But internally, it can feel very different, overwhelming, heavy, or quietly exhausting.

If that resonates, you’re in the right place.

Why I Do This Work

I’ve always been drawn to understanding people beyond the surface, not just what you’re going through, but what it actually feels like to live inside of it.

Over time, my work has centered around women navigating anxiety, life transitions, and the emotional weight of infertility, PCOS, or endometriosis.

This work is also personal to me.

I understand how layered, isolating, and often unseen these experiences can be.
And how difficult it can be to find a space where you don’t have to explain everything just to feel understood.

Because of that, I’ve created a practice where you can come in and simply be met.

What It Feels Like to Work Together

Many of the women I work with are high-functioning.

They’re capable. Insightful. Used to managing a lot on their own.

But underneath that, they often feel:

  • mentally overwhelmed or constantly “on”

  • disconnected from themselves

  • emotionally drained from always being the one others rely on

  • unsure how to slow down without guilt

In our work together, you don’t have to perform.

You don’t have to hold it all together.

You get to show up exactly as you are and we start there.

A More Personal, Intentional Approach

Therapy here is not rushed.
And it’s never one-size-fits-all.

My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and deeply tailored to you.

That means:

  • we move at a pace that feels supportive, not pressured

  • we explore both practical tools and deeper emotional patterns

  • we focus on meaningful, lasting change

This is a space for depth, clarity, and coming back to yourself.

A Gentle Next Step

If you’re looking for therapy that feels more personal, thoughtful, and truly supportive, you’re welcome here.

You can schedule a consultation when you’re ready.
We’ll take this one step at a time together.
